Award Amount:
- Each eligible Settlement Class Member will receive $1.30 per unit purchased during the Settlement Class Period, with a minimum payment of $7.50 and a maximum payment of $55.90.
- Current Costco members will automatically receive the payment unless they opt out.
- Non-members must submit a valid claim to receive the payment.
