Movies are a fun way to get the kids out of the house, enjoy some wholesome entertainment, and spend time together as a family. Many theaters run summer movie programs for kids. These offer discounted viewing and special movies picked just for young audiences. Here are the programs running for summer 2022:
- Cinemark Summer Movie Clubhouse: $1.50 tickets. June 19 – August 10th. Discounts on refreshments.
- Regal Summer Movie Express: $2 tickets. May 24- September 6 (Tuesdays & Wednesdays).
- Studio Movie Grill Children’s Summer Series: $6 includes movie, popcorn + drink. May 29-August 24 (Monday – Thursday).
- AMC Fan Favorites: $5 tickets. Check website for show times of children’s movies.
- Harkins Theatres Summer Movie Fun: $8 tickets for all 8 shows (or $2 per show individually). June 6-July 29. Morning show times. Children under 2 are free.
- Classic Cinemas Wednesday Morning Movie Series: $2 tickets. June 7-August 9. Doors open at 9am for entertainment & games. Showtime at 10am.
- Megaplex Theatres’ 2022 Kids Summer Movie Series: $10 for 10 movies. Check 10-week schedule for showtimes.
