Sad news, Charming Charlie shoppers! Charming Charlie just announced that they have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and plans to close all of its 261 stores in 38 states. They have already stopped accepting new online orders, and their liquidation sales in-store have already started. All stores will be closed by August 31st.
