If you are looking for a fun activity to take the kids to, you’ll want to mark your calendars for this one! On Saturday, October 28th from 11AM-2PM, you can head to Target for this Trick-or-Treat Halloween Event! In the past, Target handed out FREE goodie bag and held other giveaways. Halloween costumes are encouraged. I highly recommend calling your local Target to confirm that they are participating in this event.
