Target lovers…your Target store may be getting an entirely new look in the future! Target recently announced that they’ll be spending billions of dollars over the next three years to reimagine and renovate their stores! In 2017, Target plans to completely remodel 110 stores. They also plan on opening 30 new small-format stores located in dense urban neighborhoods. In 2018 and 2019, Target plans to fully renovate an additional 500 stores.
Target wants their stores to give their customers more of a welcoming feeling when customers first walk in. There will be two entrances — one that that inspires with displays of exclusive brands, seasonal items, and more. The other entrance will be all about ease — quick order pickup, grab-and-go food, and a wine & beer shop. Go here for more pictures and information.
