Calling all residents of AZ, CA, DC, KS, MA, MI, MO, NE, NV, NH, OR, SD, TN, VT, WV, and WI and have also purchased at least ONE milk or dairy product since 2003! If you purchased at least one dairy product, you may be entitled to get back up to a $30 check from this Fresh Milk Products Settlement if you are eligible! Simply complete the short form by January 31st to submit your claim. They’ll e-mail you with details at a later date with instructions on how to get your payment. This settlement is about how major U.S. dairy producers slaughtered over 500,000 cows to reduce milk supply and increase the prices of dairy products.
No proof of purchase is necessary to obtain settlement benefits, but please do not fill it out if you never purchased these dairy products in these states to qualify. It is against the law to fill out the form if you do not qualify. Go here for more information.
