Both Target and Walmart are currently offering 50% off Valentine’s Day clearance sales! I just stopped by both Target (picture) and Walmart (picture) and they both had a pretty decent selection! Target had a big selection of candy, however, they were mostly only marked at 30% off, but everything else was 50% off.
