If you purchased at least ONE qualifying Tom’s of Maine product in the USA between 03/25/2009 and 09/23/2015, you are entitled to get back up to a $28 check or more with proof of purchase through this Tom’s of Maine Settlement. You must have purchased products listed on their page. This settlement is about how certain products were labeled as “All Natural” when they allegedly contained chemical products.
No proof of purchase is necessary to obtain settlement benefits, but please do not fill it out if you never purchased these Tom’s of Maine products to qualify. It is against the law to fill out the form if you do not qualify.
