Target is holding a Frozen In-Store Extravaganza Event tomorrow (11/22) from 10AM to Noon! Bring your kids in dressed as their favorite Frozen character and they’ll score a FREE Frozen-Themed Goodie Bag! From what I’ve heard, the child doesn’t have to wear an actual costume, they can come in wearing a Frozen T-Shirt (calling ahead is a good idea).
