You need to “Like” their Facebook page. After doing so, click the link that appears on that page, which will take you to the request form. Enter your mailing address information and answer all of the questions to request your Free Neti Pot! You will also receive two free packets to use with your free Neti Pot. You should receive your Free Neti Pot and Packets in about two weeks!
